Yes we ship our products worldwide. Shipping rates should be generated for your delivery area, when you order online. Due to the size and weight of our items, shipping can be expensive. If you have any concerns about the prices being quoted- please get in touch directly. If you would prefer to organize for your own shipping, you can do that too:)
Do you Deliver?
Sometimes, depending on location, timing and the size of your order. We can often deliver to key industry conventions, if attending.
Where do you manufacture?
We make our games to order, in our studio, located on our forest farm, in Haliburton, Ontario. For some parts and components, we work with a handful trusted manufacturing partners. Richard and Jo MacArthur, owners of MacArt Studios, are the design engineers, and creators of our work, and retain copyright over our products. More information about our manufacturing process here.
How long will it take to get my order after I purchase?
In order to streamline the process for our studio and suppliers, we produce most of our products in monthly batches. The delay for your delivery will depending a little bit on when you ordered within our production cycle. Tyoical turn around is 10-12 weeks. If you have a deadline/event that we need to be ready for- just let us know.
Do you do custom work?
Yes, most definitely! If you'd rather own a design and lock down a concept for your sole use- we are routinely hired for custom-branded design work, and have earned the highest degree of trust and professional integrity from the agritourism industry. Click here to visit our "Services" info.
Can I get a refund?
We can not issue refunds on customized orders. However, we will do our best to make sure you are completely satisfied and that any errors are fixed quickly. We do guarantee the quality and will work hard to exceed your expectations. Should you have any issues at anytime, simply give us a shout and we will make sure it's fixed.
